Awzany is a fitness app for Android and iPhone. You log workouts, meals and water, follow your goals, personal records and reports, join a community with leaderboards and cheers, and book verified coaches whose payments are held safely in escrow.

Awzany is free to download and the tracking features are free to use: workouts, meals, water, goals, reports and the community. Coaching is paid per booking at the price you agree with the coach, through your Awzany wallet.

Yes. Workouts, sets and custom workouts are saved on your phone first and sync to your account when you are back online, so a gym with no signal never costs you a set. Features that need the server, such as chat, bookings and leaderboards, need a connection.

Tap Start workout on Home or in Train, add exercises from the library, then log each set by reps and weight or by time. Tap a set badge to mark a warm-up, swipe left to remove a set, and finish to save the workout to your history with its sets, volume and times. You can also start from a saved custom workout.

After a set the rest timer starts with your default time. Adjust it with presets or ±15 seconds, pause or skip it, and hear a tone when it ends. If you leave the screen it stays as a floating pill, and a stopwatch mode is there when you need one.

Yes. The exercise library has search, advanced filters and a front and back body map: tap the muscles you want to train. Each exercise has a demo, instructions, a difficulty badge and your personal record.

Log each meal by hand with the food, the quantity and its calories, protein, carbs and fat, and see the day against your daily targets to cut, maintain or bulk. For water, the daily target comes from your weight, activity and climate, you log drinks with one-tap cups, and reminders follow your waking hours.

Yes. Ramadan mode and intermittent fasting let you set your eating window, and a fasting countdown can appear on your Home screen so you always know the time left until you eat.

Open Find a coach from Community or Studio. Search by name, gym, area or specialty, then filter by in person or online, distance, price per coaching session and verified coaches only. Tap Near me to sort by distance; your location is used for that search and not stored.

Create an account as a coach, build your coach page (headline, bio, specialties, locations, weekly hours, gallery and prices) and publish it. Trainees can then find you in Find a coach and book your offers. Read more on our Become a coach page.

Verified coach means an Awzany moderator checked your National ID. Your ID images stay private and the number is stored encrypted. Verified certifications means a moderator approved the certificates you uploaded; only approved certificates are shown to others.

A trainee books one of your offers or asks for a custom offer and pays into escrow at once. You can accept, decline or counter with a new price, number of coaching sessions, validity or times, for up to six rounds. Requests nobody answers expire after 48 hours and are refunded in full.

After you mark a coaching session done, the trainee has 48 hours to report a problem. If they do not, the coaching session completes and its share moves from escrow to your wallet, minus the Awzany fee. You can withdraw your balance to InstaPay or a bank account.

Awzany takes a platform fee as a percentage of each booking. Before you accept a booking you see the price, the Awzany fee and your net per coaching session. Payouts may carry a transfer fee, which is shown before you confirm.

Yes. Create single sessions, packages and monthly offers with your own price, coaching session length, validity and place. Add promotions with a percentage or fixed discount, dates, an optional code, a maximum number of uses or new trainees only.

You choose a free cancellation window of 6, 12, 24 or 48 hours before a coaching session (24 by default). Cancelling earlier is free; a later cancellation counts as a late cancel and is paid to the coach. Cancelling an active booking refunds the coaching sessions that were not used.

A coach dashboard for the day, a trainee list with adherence rings, and a file per trainee with workouts, goals, coaching sessions, payments and private notes. Write workouts and nutrition plans, reuse plan templates, and follow your balance and payouts in your reports.

From your coach page, tap Share and pick a design (Spotlight, Elegant, Bold or Coach pass) as a 4:5 post or a 9:16 story. The card shows your badges, rating, experience and a QR code that opens your page.

Your name, @username and photo are visible to signed-in users, except people you block. Everything else follows the level you pick in Profile and privacy: Public, Community, Followers only, Private or Custom, where you choose an audience per section.

Your account email is never shown. Your mobile number follows its own Contact section, which is Only me on every level except Public. Coaches choose to show their WhatsApp, phone or email only to the trainees they actively coach.

Yes. Progress photos are private to you. If you have a coach, you can choose to share nutrition, water and photos with them in Profile and privacy; that switch is off by default.

Yes. Turn off Show me on leaderboards in Profile and privacy and you are removed within seconds. Private profiles are never ranked.

Open their profile or chat and use the menu to block or report. A report goes to Awzany moderators, and the person is not told who reported them. Blocking hides you from each other everywhere in the app.

Go to Settings, Security, Account, Danger zone and confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent: you are signed out on every device and your workouts, logs, photos, chats and profile are deleted.

Yes. Turn on the biometric lock in Settings, Security to open Awzany with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint, with your password as a fallback.

Open Wallet and tap Top up. Choose an amount, send it by InstaPay or bank transfer to the details shown, then add the transfer reference and a screenshot of the receipt. Our team checks it and the money appears in your balance.

Not yet. Today the wallet is topped up by InstaPay or bank transfer, and bookings are paid from your wallet balance.

When you book, the price leaves your balance and waits in escrow. The coach is paid one coaching session at a time, only after each coaching session is done. If a booking is declined or expires you get it all back, and cancelling an active booking refunds unused coaching sessions.

Report a problem on the coaching session within 48 hours of the coach marking it done. The coaching session is put on hold and the Awzany team reviews it, then either refunds you or pays the coach.

Tap Withdraw, enter the amount and your InstaPay address or bank details. You see the fee and exactly what you will receive before you send. The amount is held while our team makes the transfer; if a withdrawal is rejected, the money returns to your balance.

Awzany is available for Android phones and iPhone. Your data syncs to your account, so you can sign in on a new phone and pick up where you left off.

Sometimes a new version is required for a security fix or a change on our servers. When that happens Awzany shows an update screen with a button to the store; update to continue.

Yes. In Settings choose kg or lb, ml or oz, the day your week starts, your working days and 12 or 24 hour time. You can also pick one of 19 app styles in light or dark.

In Settings, Notifications, turn chat messages, message previews, bookings and wallet pushes on or off. Coaching session reminders are set in Bookings, from 15 minutes to a day before, and stay on your phone.

Check your spam folder and wait a minute before asking for a new code. If it still does not arrive, use Ask for help on the sign-in screen, or write to us at info@awzany.com.

Awzany AI is an optional premium subscription that adds AI to the app. It reads the workouts, meals and water you log (only what you allow) and turns them into a chat with Wazangy that knows your history, a brief before each workout and a recap after it, plateau advice per lift, a weekly report, meal photo estimates and fasting-aware tips. It is still in development and will be released soon.

Wazangy is the chat in Awzany AI, our premium subscription coming soon. It answers training and nutrition questions using your own workouts and goals, suggests exercises and workouts, writes your weekly report and gives tips before, during and after workouts. AI is off until you turn it on, and its advice is not medical advice.

Chat with Wazangy (with history and a floating button on every hub screen), the pre-workout brief, in-workout hints and the workout recap, plateau advice per lift, the AI weekly report, meal photo macro estimates and meal plan suggestions, nutrition and hydration tips, progress photo notes, Ramadan and fasting-aware advice, and logging a workout by typing it. Coaches also get AI tools: trainee summaries, risk flags, plan drafts and feedback drafts.

Soon. We are finishing and testing the AI features now and will announce the launch date in the app, on the changelog and in the newsletter. Update Awzany when the new version arrives and the subscription will show up in the app.

In the Awzany app, once it launches. The subscription is bought and managed in the app on your phone, through the App Store or Google Play, and not on the website. Until then there is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for.

The price will be announced at launch and shown in the app before you subscribe, in your local currency through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel any time from your store subscription settings.

Yes. Logging workouts, meals and water, the rest timer, the exercise library, goals, reports, personal records, streaks, the community and the coach marketplace stay free. Awzany AI only adds AI features on top; nothing you use today moves behind it.

Nothing until you turn AI on. When it is on, AI requests run on our servers, and summaries of your workouts, meals and the health profile tags you choose to fill in may be sent to our AI provider only to generate your answers. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising, and no payment data is sent to the AI provider. You choose what it sees, and you can turn AI off or clear your health profile at any time.

Yes. AI is off until you turn it on, and every feature has its own switch in Settings, so you can keep the weekly report and turn off the workout brief, for example. Turning AI off stops all AI requests; you can also clear your chat history and health profile at any time.

No. Wazangy gives AI guidance, not medical advice. It works from what you log and can be wrong, so check with a doctor before changing your diet or training if you have a condition, an injury or are pregnant. For a plan built around you, book a verified coach on Awzany.
