Awzany AI reads the training, food and water you log, only what you allow, and turns it into answers from Wazangy, the Awzany AI chat, plus briefs, recaps and a weekly report. It is still in development and arrives soon as a premium subscription in the app.
01What it does
Four moments where Awzany AI earns its place. Every screen here is from the app, with a sample week of training.

01Chat
Ask Wazangy why your bench stalled and it answers from your own workouts, then adds the fix to your next workout when you say yes.

02Train
Open a workout and the brief is waiting: the muscles in focus, the time it should take and a target for every lift, built from your last sessions.

03Review
The AI weekly report turns your charts into four plain points: what went well, what is lagging and the one change to make next week.

04Eat
Snap a meal for estimated macros, ask for a few days of meals that fit your targets, or get a short note on how today is going.

02Everything in Awzany AI
10
Every AI feature in Awzany, for trainees and for coaches. The list may grow before launch; nothing here replaces a free feature.
Ask about training, food or your plan. Wazangy answers from your own workouts, goals and health profile, and can apply what it suggests to your workouts.

A short brief before you start with the focus and a target for each lift, quiet hints between sets, and a recap of the session when you finish.

When a lift stops moving, get progress tips for that exercise, written from your own recent sets: what to change and what to try next.

Suggested exercises, a single workout or a four-week programme that fits your equipment, session length and split.

Your week explained in plain words: what went well, where to back off and what to try next, from your sessions, records, goals and food.

Photograph a plate for estimated calories and macros you confirm before saving, get meal plans for several days, and a note on how today is going.

Tap Analyze on a progress photo for notes on what has changed. Photos stay private, and a photo is only analysed when you ask.

Advice that follows your eating window: when to train, what to eat at iftar and suhoor, and how much to drink before the fast starts.

Type or paste a session the way you would write it in your notes, such as “Bench 60kg 3x8, Squat 100kg 5x5”, and the sets fill themselves in.

For coaches
A summary of each trainee’s last weeks, risk flags with an explanation, a first draft of a plan and feedback drafts you edit before sending.

03How you will get it
Awzany AI is sold only in the app on your phone. We will announce the date in the app, on the changelog and in the newsletter.
Follow the changelogNow
We are building and testing every feature on this page. There is nothing to buy yet, and the app stays free.
At launch
Update Awzany and subscribe from the app, through the App Store or Google Play. You see the price before you pay.
Any time
Stop from your store’s subscription settings. Your workouts, meals and history stay yours, on the free plan.
04Free stays free
Awzany AI adds a coach on top of the app. Everything you use today stays free, with or without a subscription.
Nothing is sent to an AI model until you switch Awzany AI on, and each feature has its own switch.
It reads the training, food and water you log and the health profile you choose to fill in. Nothing else.
Requests run on our servers. Summaries go to our AI provider only to write your answer, never payment data.
Clear your chats and health profile at any time, or turn AI off and keep using Awzany as before.

All Awzany AI answersAwzany AI is an optional premium subscription that adds AI to the app. It reads the workouts, meals and water you log (only what you allow) and turns them into a chat with Wazangy that knows your history, a brief before each workout and a recap after it, plateau advice per lift, a weekly report, meal photo estimates and fasting-aware tips. It is still in development and will be released soon.
Wazangy is the chat in Awzany AI, our premium subscription coming soon. It answers training and nutrition questions using your own workouts and goals, suggests exercises and workouts, writes your weekly report and gives tips before, during and after workouts. AI is off until you turn it on, and its advice is not medical advice.
Chat with Wazangy (with history and a floating button on every hub screen), the pre-workout brief, in-workout hints and the workout recap, plateau advice per lift, the AI weekly report, meal photo macro estimates and meal plan suggestions, nutrition and hydration tips, progress photo notes, Ramadan and fasting-aware advice, and logging a workout by typing it. Coaches also get AI tools: trainee summaries, risk flags, plan drafts and feedback drafts.
Soon. We are finishing and testing the AI features now and will announce the launch date in the app, on the changelog and in the newsletter. Update Awzany when the new version arrives and the subscription will show up in the app.
In the Awzany app, once it launches. The subscription is bought and managed in the app on your phone, through the App Store or Google Play, and not on the website. Until then there is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for.
The price will be announced at launch and shown in the app before you subscribe, in your local currency through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel any time from your store subscription settings.
Yes. Logging workouts, meals and water, the rest timer, the exercise library, goals, reports, personal records, streaks, the community and the coach marketplace stay free. Awzany AI only adds AI features on top; nothing you use today moves behind it.
Nothing until you turn AI on. When it is on, AI requests run on our servers, and summaries of your workouts, meals and the health profile tags you choose to fill in may be sent to our AI provider only to generate your answers. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising, and no payment data is sent to the AI provider. You choose what it sees, and you can turn AI off or clear your health profile at any time.
Yes. AI is off until you turn it on, and every feature has its own switch in Settings, so you can keep the weekly report and turn off the workout brief, for example. Turning AI off stops all AI requests; you can also clear your chat history and health profile at any time.
No. Wazangy gives AI guidance, not medical advice. It works from what you log and can be wrong, so check with a doctor before changing your diet or training if you have a condition, an injury or are pregnant. For a plan built around you, book a verified coach on Awzany.
