Delete your Awzany account.

Before you delete

  1. 01Withdraw your wallet balanceIn the app, open Wallet › Withdraw. Money left in the wallet can no longer be paid out once the account is gone.
  2. 02Finish or cancel your bookingsUpcoming sessions and open requests end with your account.
  3. 03Coaching? Tell your traineesYour plans, chats and coaching links with them are removed too.

01In the app

The fastest way.

Signed in on your phone? Go to Settings › Security › Account › Danger zone › Delete account. Your password is required, and the account is deleted immediately.

  1. 01Open SettingsIn the Awzany app, open Settings from your profile.
  2. 02SecurityTap Security.
  3. 03Account › Danger zoneScroll to Account and find the Danger zone.
  4. 04Delete accountTap Delete account, enter your password and confirm. It happens at once.

Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen, or use the web option.

No app? We email you a link.

Enter the email you signed up with. We send a one-time link to that address; open it and confirm, and the account is deleted.

What happens to your data.

Deletion is permanent and immediate once confirmed: there is no waiting period and no way to restore the account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, @username, photo, bio, phone number, location and job
  • Workouts, sets, personal records, custom exercises and custom workouts
  • Meals, water, body weight, goals and your health profile
  • Progress photos and your profile picture, also from file storage
  • AI history and preferences
  • Your chat messages, photos, voice notes and files (the other person keeps their own messages)
  • Follows, blocks, cheers and coaching links
  • Every sign-in session, on every device

What we keep

  • Wallet and booking recordsPayments, payouts and bookings the law requires us to keep for accounting or to settle a dispute, without your profile, for as long as the law requires.
  • A security log lineA short entry that an account was deleted, with its account id only.
