Supplements polish and live coach updates
Log as-needed supplements from Today, remove a supplement photo, build plan templates with supplements, and see your trainees' updates live.

- As-needed supplements in Today. Supplements you take only when you need them now have their own As needed list on the Supplements screen and the Home card, with a Log button and "Taken 2× today · last 2:20 PM". Logging counts down your stock, and if you set a minimum time between doses the app checks with you before logging one too soon. They don't count toward "3 of 4 taken today".
- Remove a supplement photo. Tap Remove under the photo when you edit a supplement (coaches can do the same on the ones they assigned); a supplement picked from the catalog shows the catalog photo again. Coaches can now add, edit and remove supplements right in a plan template, and a trainee's supplements open instantly on the coach's screen with what they saw last.
- Coach screens update on their own. When a trainee finishes a workout, logs a supplement dose, updates a goal, answers your intake form or turns health sharing on or off, your dashboard and their pages refresh within seconds, no pull needed. Changes the Awzany team makes to the exercise and supplement catalogs, banners or app notices also reach your open app by themselves.
- Faster meal logging and clearer macro targets. Add meal now starts with your recent foods (or a search, a new food or a sentence for Awzany AI), then a compact food card where + and − change the amount and the calories follow. Macro targets shows a live ring of your protein, carbs and fat with each one's share of your calories, and Use suggested fills them in for your goal. In Notifications, Arabic names no longer flip the sentence, and wallet, coaching, reminder and news items get their own icons.
- Faster hydration and weight logging. Hydration targets now show your saved activity level as chips, with a simple − / + daily target and an Auto button to go back to the estimate. Hydration history shows your week at a glance even before you log, with a cleaner chart. Log weight opens on your last weight with − / + 0.1 buttons and shows the change since your last entry, and a new lift goal suggests your most-logged lifts and previews the goal as you set it.
- Smoother coaching screens. Booking a coach now opens on a summary of the coach, offer and price, then walks you through numbered steps (where, when, message) with solid buttons that fit small phones. Coaches get a cleaner trainee page (a clear retry when the weekly check-in can't load, and a Set a goal button when there are none), a Finish your profile checklist where each step opens its editor, section shortcuts that stay at the top of the profile editor, and a softer Cancel booking button.
- Studio clocks and training tools, redesigned. The stopwatch has a dial that fills once a minute and a real laps list: each split, how much faster or slower it was than the one before, and your best and slowest laps highlighted. The timer puts quick picks (1, 5, 10, 15 min) right under the clock and its Start button lights up as soon as you pick a duration. The rest timer's presets and ±15s buttons are easier to tap, and its ring fits small phones. An empty Custom workouts tab now explains how custom workouts work, Customize Home shows a live preview of your Home with a distinct icon for every module, and labels on Home and the Workouts tabs no longer get cut off on small phones.
- Nicer settings and follower lists. Followers / following now open on a summary of both counts, and on your own followers you can Follow back right from the list (with a search box for long lists). Security shows Face ID / fingerprint setup as clear numbered steps, Timer tone groups its tones into Classic and Funny with a playing animation, and the AI health profile uses tap-to-pick chips with a summary of what the AI keeps in mind.
- Clearer AI results and small sheets. The pre-workout brief now shows a card per exercise with today's target reps and weight in bold and the tip under it, plus your focus muscles and the coach's line as a quote. A suggested workout in Awzany AI lists each exercise as a card with sets, reps and muscles, and Save stays at the bottom. Community › Discover suggests people active this week and coaches before you search, Fasting mode previews what changes for each mode, Redeem a code shows what Premium unlocks and celebrates when it works, and the Add supplement sheet reads as four short steps.
- Small-phone fixes and swipe to read. Swipe a notification left to mark it as read, right next to Remove. On small phones and with large text, Recent workouts on Home keeps the volume and sets apart and its cards no longer get cut off, and a long food name in Add meal wraps onto the next line instead of being cut off.
- A final design pass on every screen. Filter chips, period pickers and two-way switches (Reps / Time, InstaPay / Bank transfer, month and amount picks) are now solid buttons everywhere instead of outlines. When something can't load, the screen says why in plain words with a Try again button, and it never shows technical error text. On a coach's page, prices move under the offer name on small phones so names like "10-session package" stay whole. Big volume numbers get their thousands separators ("66,805 kg"), the coach's workout editor has an Add exercises button when it's empty, and the Log drink sheet has a cleaner header and solid drink tiles.
- Easier-to-read website. Small grey labels, breadcrumbs and the "Verified coach" badge on awzany.com have stronger contrast, the "Accepting new trainees" tag is readable in dark mode, small links are easier to tap on phones, and pages load only the screenshot that matches your light or dark theme.
- Clearer pickers, compact exercise cards and one Add photo. Country, Governorate and the Ask for help issue now look like the app's other pickers: a card with an icon, the field name and your choice, instead of a dropdown box. Exercise cards are shorter, and their buttons say what they do (Favorite, Bests, Details, Demo, Add), with just the icons on small phones. Progress photos has a single Add photo button, and notification titles that start with an Arabic name now read in the right order even without the person's picture.
- Faster website on phones. App screenshots on awzany.com load a phone-sized copy on small screens (about 40% less to download), the Features page leaves room under each phone so it no longer touches the next section, and coach review pages now show up in search.
- Same picker everywhere. Coach pricing (currency, validity, length, where), coach discovery filters, hydration drink types, supplement schedules and Scan meal now use the same tap-to-pick rows as the rest of the app, and supplement times and dates no longer wrap on small phones.
- "Booking income" in the wallet. The money a coach receives for a paid booking now shows as Booking income in the wallet history.
