Why was my message blocked?

Awzany checks messages, photos, files and profile text automatically for phone numbers, emails, links, social media handles and payment details, however they are written, and blocks them so everyone talks and pays inside the app. The message tells you why. Each block counts as a strike: the first is a warning, then your messages pause for 24 hours, then for 7 days (and a coach's withdrawals wait for a review), and more can suspend the account. Strikes stop counting after 90 days. Numbers about training, like 3x12 or 100 kg, are fine. If you think a check got it wrong, contact us with Ask for help in the app and our team will look at it.
